Out of the Office: Vegas-Bound!

Last year around this time I headed to Las Vegas for WPPI, a photography tradeshow and convention for wedding and portrait photographers. I had a blast and I am excited to do it again this year! I expect to learn much, laugh much and WALK much! Me and 10,000 of my peers will be invading Sin City with cameras in tow. It’s bound to get intersting!

I will be back in the office responding to all emails and inquiries on Thursday, March 11th. Thanks for your patience.

I finally got a chance to sit down and edit some photos! As an example of how far behind I am, here is part two from the shoot at the Neon Boneyard in Las Vegas. You may remember Part 1. I’m going to be a woman of little words today because I want to catch up with my editing, so please enjoy the rest from this shoot!

One of the funniest things I took part in while in Vegas for WPPI was a photo shoot at the Neon Boneyard. In case you don’t know, the boneyard is the place where all of the neon signs from Vegas go to retire. It’s little more than two dirt fields, but oh what glorious dirt fields they are! The lots are full of neon signs and it really is a site to behold.

Here are a few images from that shoot. All of the females in these shots are models and the two boys are their respective boyfriends/fiancés, which was fun! I have several more to post, but wanted to give a little sneak peek. Enjoy!
